Hi, I’m Ashen

I’m a third-year Aeronautical Engineering student at the University of Limerick with an interest in aerodynamics and computational fluid dynamics. My work focuses on aerodynamic optimisation, wind tunnel validation, and Python-based engineering workflows using tools such as XFOIL, XFLR5, and ANSYS Fluent. I am currently completing an industrial placement at SR Technics Ireland, supporting engineering processes for turbine component MRO on CFM56 and LEAP engines.
